Last updated: 26 October 2026.

This statement covers the personal data you give us through this website. We keep it short and concrete.

Who is responsible

Which data and why

If you contact us. The contact form sends nothing to a server: it opens your own email client with a message to info@thinq.be, which you send yourself. We then receive what is in that message: your name, company, email address, your phone number if you add it, and your question. The same applies if you email us directly. We use this data to answer your question and to prepare an introductory call. Legal basis: steps taken at your request with a view to a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering questions.

If you visit the website. The server this site runs on keeps a technical log: your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser. It is used only to detect faults and abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure, working website.

How long we keep it

  • Messages and contact details: as long as needed to follow up your question. If you become a client, the terms of our collaboration apply.
  • Invoices and accounting records for a collaboration: as long as the law requires.
  • The server's technical log: a few days. After that it is overwritten automatically.

Who gets to see it

Our email runs through Microsoft 365. Messages you send us end up in our mailbox there.

The website runs at TransIP, a hosting company in the Netherlands. The technical log is stored on their servers. We manage the website ourselves.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and only pass it on if the law requires us to.

What we don't do

This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools, no advertising and no trackers, and loads nothing from third parties. We do not profile visitors.
